Last night, Nikki Sixx [Mötley Crüe] made another appearance on TLC’s L.A. Ink with girlfriend Kat Von D. Sixx wanted to renovate his “Funny Farm” studio for all of his “creative stuff.”
Von D provided interior design assistance, deciding to transform the space into a “medical room,” a “hooker’s den,” and “Bela Lugosi’s library.”
The finished studio contained a tin ceiling, a spray painted baby, a prosthetic leg, a demonic baby carriage, meat hooks, skulls, crucifixes, taxidermy and a medical chair.
“We can even have sex on it,” said Kat Von D of the chair.
Sixx really loved his studio upon his return from the Mötley Crüe tour.
“We are like the same person,” said Sixx. “I’m blown away.”
Sixx has appeared on several episodes of L.A. Ink this season—He got a tattoo of guitarist Mick Mars on his leg and also wrote the foreword for Von D’s book.

Her tattoos are going to look awful in about 20 years as she ages–but then Nikki won’t be around. Great artist, but……

They are HANDS DOWN the coolest older folks in the world. I’m pretty sure Nikki is old enough to be my Dad or at least an uncle. NIKKI SIXX RULES! Can they make over my condo plz?
LA ink is an awesome show, I really love the cool tattoos, that are done during the show. A great source of inpiration.
All I can sya is, Kat is such a hottie, she just needs a good woman.
