Bassist Nikki Sixx to VH1 Radio Network about new Motley Crue song “Sex”:

“We’re gonna play it on tour. We just wrote it and recorded it. We’re just finishing mixing. It’s called ‘Sex’ and it sounds very much like it’s off of the first record.”

“Sex” will most likely be available for streaming and download around tour time.  Let’s hope it really sounds like 1981’s Too Fast For Love.

Due to the high demand for the Kiss and Motley Crue tour fan club pre-sale, the bands have been receiving a lot of mail concerning the process.  Go to the FAQ at Motley.com for more info.

In other news, Crue fans on Facebook have already been reacting to the $1,400 Mötley Crüe meet-and-greet tickets for  the upcoming Kiss shows. Many fans have expressed dismay over the pricing. One fan named Monica commented on Nikki Sixx’s official page that it “effectively ‘weeds’ out the middle and lower classes…is this our reward for being loyal Crüe fans??”

I am sure the Crue will still sell out meet-and-greet packages.  There is a lot of hype surrounding this tour.  Tickets go on sale to the public this Friday, March 23.
