The metal buzz circulating the Internet and social networking sites revolve around a possible Deftones and System of a Down tour. There are pictures of band members holding tour passes of the other band. For example, legendary Deftones frontman Chino Moreno posted a picture on Twitter 3 hours ago with him holding a System of a Down pass. The tweet with the pic reads “Announcement coming Monday.” What does this mean? Summer tour? Fall tour? Nothing? All I know is: Deftones kick major ass and are true metal game changers and innovators. System of a Down, also a very unique talent in the metal world. Together, they’d be something special.
