Tenacious D have announced a second show at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on June 29 after selling out the June 28 show.

The presale will take place on Thursday May 3rd from 9am to 9pm EST. The presale password is FELIX (not case sensitive). Tickets go on sale Friday, May 4th at 10am EST.

Rize of the Fenix, Tenacious D’s widely-anticipated third album, is available for preorder on iTunes now. Their first studio album in six years, Rize of the Fenix is the follow-up to 2006’s gold The Pick of Destiny and 2001’s platinum debut album Tenacious D. The iTunes preorder includes the exclusive track “The 5 Needs” – a classic, never-before recorded Tenacious D song. Rise of the Fenix will be available everywhere May 15.
