Since April, iconic Megadeth bassist David Ellefson has released two powerhouse singles under new solo project Ellefson. “Simple Truth” and a cover of Post Malone’s “Over Now” are currently lighting up the heavy metal universe.

“We’re all fans of Posty, and he’s also been a huge fan of Megadeth and all things Metal. Aside from being a great song for any genre, our cover of “Over Now” is our way of showing our mutual admiration, and paying homage to our friend,” said Ellefson on the band’s Bandcamp page.

Ellefson Spotify radio features both singles alongside amazing heavy hitting bands like Halford, Hammer Down Hard, En Minor, Daimonic, Killus, DemonScar, Greg Puciato, Motörhead, Countess, Sin Seer, Amen-Ra’s Dynasty, Carmilla, David HK, Oceans, Dress the Dead, Metal Church, Ukranium, Malice 213, Silvertomb, Vane, True The Gray, Mark Morton, Liv Sin, Honey Bone Rush, Dee Snider, and The Unawake State.
